Thomas Ravenel continues to bash Kathryn Dennis as their custody battle heats up in court. In his latest filing, the disgraced Southern Charm star accused Dennis of being mentally unfit to care for their children.
“Plaintiff has been diagnosed with multiple mental health conditions,” the court records state. “Including but not limited to bipolar disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, attention deficit disorder, kleptomania, self-mutilation and cluster B personality traits.”

Ravenel’s comments were intended to convince the court that Dennis should not be awarded full custody of their children. They are only a part of Ravenel’s latest attacks against his ex, who is seeking to win primary custody in the wake of his sexual assault charges.
A few months ago, Ravenel was accused of sexually assaulting a nanny that used to watch his kids. The assault allegedly happened inside Ravenel’s home. The reality star is scheduled to go to trial for the charges and could face significant time behind bars if convicted.
With his trial date looming, Ravenel has been bashing Dennis in court in a desperate attempt to keep custody. According to The Hollywood Gossip, he previously accused Dennis of using drugs while she was pregnant, which he says caused development and behavioral issues in their children.

Ravenel also says that Dennis did not complete her drug treatment program in 2017 and used synthetic urine to pass random drug screenings. As fans will recall, Dennis failed a drug test in 2016 and lost custody of her children as a result.
But Dennis turned things around last year and eventually won back custody after proving she is a fit mother. This is one reason why Ravenel is fighting hard to keep custody, especially with him not knowing how the criminal charges will shake out.
In addition to the drug use, Ravenel slammed Dennis for her involvement in a hit-and-run accident last October. Security footage from the accident clearly shows Dennis running into a parked car and then leaving the scene without notifying the victim.

Kathryn Dennis has not responded to Thomas Ravenel’s latest accusations in court.
