On December 15th, fans of the former power couple, Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston, were once more delighted to see them together.
This is the second time this has happened this year. It seems since splitting from Angelina Jolie, and Brad appears to be eager to reconnect with his past.
Jennifer had her annual Christmas bash in California, which was attended by a long list of celebrities including Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson, Reese Witherspoon, Kate Hudson, and Lisa Kudrow and, of course, Brad.
A source told Hollywood Life that while the exes have become very friendly, there is no romance on the horizon.
The person in the know revealed: “Spending time with Jen in a friendly atmosphere was therapeutic for Brad, who never wanted things with her to end on a sour note. It makes him happy, and it shows him that people really can figure out their differences and move forward. He finds it promising that he’s been able to rectify past faults and be in a great place again with Jen.”
The pal went on to say: “Most of Jennifer’s friends are Brad’s friends too, so it was a nice chance for him to see a lot of people he cares about all at once. It was like a reunion.”
The Hollywood duo has one very famous celebrity who is rooting for the former lovers to reunite 15 years after they split.
On her BET show, Wendy Williams said this about the reunion: “Am I the only one who wants to see Brad Pitt get back with Jennifer Aniston? I want them back together because the reason why is, I feel like they have both grown up.”
Wendy went on to reveal to her fans why she wants the duo back together and took to opportunity to bash Brad for cheating.
She claimed: “But, Brad was the dumbbell because Brad was already married, and he knew what he had to lose. With this, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie thing, I’ve forgiven him, and whatever she lacked that Jolie gave him. She can go around saving the whole planet, but at the end of the day, you and Brad did Jen dirty.”
She added: “I don’t know what they’re doing, but you know what guys, I like it, I really do. What would really stun me is if they walk the red carpet together, holding hands. Whether they win or not doesn’t matter to me, they’d style steal the whole carpet. I’d be all over that!”
