New reports claim that while Cardi B and Offset are hanging out more nowadays, they are still not officially back together! It looks like, despite the many public apologies and expensive gifts Offset has been giving his estranged wife in hopes that he could win her back, Cardi is taking her time before letting him back in her life and home.

One insider tells HollywoodLife that the female emcee still cares about her fellow rapper husband and really wants him to be involved in the life of their baby girl Kulture.

The source explained to the news outlet that ‘Cardi is telling friends she’s back on with Offset in the sense that they’re seeing each other again and spending time together. However, they are not full-fledged in a relationship again. Cardi really feels that Offset needs to prove that he is a changed man and there’s no timetable for her on that.’
