Hale says that she loves to exercise, and will try any type of workout. "I think the more things you try and the more active you become, the more confident and comfortable you become with yourself," Hale tells People. Hale says that her workouts are, "SoulCycle and Training Mate. I love to hike."

Hale says that she actually enjoys working out, which makes her want to exercise as often as possible. "I'm much happier, my mood is better when I'm consistently working out," she says to People. "I'm just one of those weirdos who likes working out. I really enjoy it." Hale has even taught classes at Propel Labs. 

Hale tells people that she mainly follows a pescatarian diet, which is a vegetarian diet, but with fish. "I mainly follow a pescatarian diet," Hale says. However, Hale also says that she's not a fan of using the word "diet", and just focuses on eating healthy. "I don't even like to say diet, just a pescatarian lifestye. I don't do dairy and I try to cut back on processed stuff. I typically like to prepare all my food so I know what I'm getting."

Hale admits that she indulges once in a while, and says that she believes in moderation. "I love going out to eat," she says to People. "I'm not going to say no to French fries or pasta if it's there. I just try to eat in moderation." "Nuts, fruits, vegetables and whole grains have an intact food structure. It takes time to chew them and digest them. If you increase the intake of these foods, they're likely to make you feel full longer. And at the end of the day, you'll have eaten just a little bit less," says Harvard Health.

Hale tells People that she embraces herself and her body at all times. "There are good days and bad days, but I've found [self-assurance] really does come with age," she said. "I think you hit a point where you accept who you are and what you look like and you kind of just roll with it. You find out what you like and what your strengths and weaknesses are — it develops over time."
